Experience of Angelina Vancheva in the youth exchange Hackers of Life (HoL) that took place in Lorca, Murcia from the 20th to the 26th of August 2019
The project “Hackers of life” from 19.08.2019 to 27.08.2019, Lorca, Spain, was an amazing and useful experience for all participants.
Everything was excellently prepared – from travelling to accommodation.
The idea of putting participant from different countries in one room was very good, since that way we had the opportunity to get to know each other outside the activities. And since the rooms were thematically made, it was even more interesting.
The activities themselves were very well organized – it was not too heavy, we had just enough time to rest and have time to ourselves. Also the visits we had of the castle in Lorca and Aguilas gave us the chance to get to know the history of Murcia region better.
The food was consistent with everybody’s needs. We were able to taste traditional Spanish food and some more common food.
The whole project was really great and one of the things that caught everybody’s attention was the visit of the cybersecurity specialists, who showed us a lot of things we never knew until then.
It definitely was a great pleasure participating in such project and we are really grateful to the partners from “Dreams of tomorrow” for giving us such an opportunity.
