Experience of Alexandra Kourtsounioti in the youth exchange Hackers of Life (HoL) that took place in Lorca, Murcia from the 20th to the 26th of August 2019
The youth exchange «Hackers of Life» in Lorca really surprised me because I didn’t expect that an organization which hosts a project for the first time would do so well! As a leader of the greek group, I have also been to other youth exchanges but this one was my favorite so far! About the activities, a very interesting one about cyber security was when we had a visit from a hacker and we saw that no one is safe online. Also, there were activities related to video editing and many people gained new knowledge on it. The interaction with the other groups was fantastic, we all made new friends and the team spirit and cooperation among us was amazing! The hosting place and the food were excellent, the 2 organizers Pedro and Max, were always enthusiastic and eager to listen and help everyone. They created a sense of security which is very important and we knew we could count on them for anything. I can’t wait to return back to Lorca for their next project!
